We work closely with Ray Lowe and John Park, owners of Fish 101, to secure their second Fish 101 restaurant location in Cardiff by the Sea. Ray and John are dedicated family men, surfers, chefs, commercial fisherman, restaurant owners and philanthropists. They are truly great guys and they give back to the local community in so many ways. I admire how they juggle multiple restaurants, businesses, and their social media while still passionately caring about maintaining a sustainable environment for everyone to enjoy.

In Cardiff, we located an Italian Cafe that was willing to sell their assets, transfer their ABC Type 41 Beer and Wine license and assign their lease to us. We were successful in navigating all fronts for this group. Future expansion plans are in the making and we hope to see Fish 101 come to a beach community near you soon.
