OVERVIEW

We work closely with Isamu “Sam” Morikizono, owner, in leasing Tajima Ramen Bar North Park and purchasing the previous Cafe Chloe location in East Village for Corner Chicken. Sam is a great long time client, family man, chef, and amazing restaurant operator. Although we do not assist him with all of his restaurant projects, when we get a chance to work with Sam, it is always a pleasure and time well spent.

HIGHLIGHTS

Tajima is another restaurant group and brand that continues to get stronger all the time. They currently have five full service restaurant locations in San Diego, one food hall in Long Beach and two food halls south of the border in Mexico. In addition, a new concept Corner Chicken is located in downtown San Diego, East Village. We have assisted Sam’s group with Asset sales, ABC license transfers, new leases and commercial property purchases. Future expansion plans are in the making and we hope to see the Tajima brand come to a community near you soon.
